1. 应用程序将请求位置权限以显示您附近区域的车辆列表  |  The VSdrive app will ask for location permissions to show listings in your nearby area

• 租车人可以通过点击位置图标手动输入不同的位置

       Renters can manually input a different location by clicking on the location icon

​​

2. 选择您想开始租车以及结束租车的日期​​  |  Select start and end date for your booking

​​

​​

3. 租车人可以通过单击过滤器图标缩小搜索范围  |  Renters can narrow down their search by clicking on the filter icon 

​

• 按每日价格进行过滤和/或

       Filter by Price range per day and/or

 

• 车辆特征：型号，年份，特点，品牌和车型

       Vehicle characteristics: model year, features, car make, and body type 

​

• 点击“应用分类”

       Click “Apply filter” 

​

4. 车辆列表将在主屏幕上生成。 也可以在地图视图上查看列表。 单击底部菜单上的“地图”  |  Vehicle listings will be generated on the home screen. Listings can also be viewed on the map view. Click on “Map” on the bottom menu.

• 租车人还可以通过单击排序按钮按距离或价格对列表进行排序

       Renters can also sort listings by distance or price by clicking on the sort button

5. 点击您想要预定的车辆  |  Click on vehicle listing you want to book 

​​

• 每日里程限制额取决于车主自己的偏好。 超过每日里程限额的租车人将会根据每日租赁费用被收取超额里程费

6. 查看车辆功能和照片。 决定预订车辆后，向下滚动并单击“继续”进行预订  |  View vehicle features and photos. Once you have decided to book the vehicle, scroll down and click “Continue” to book

7. 选择预订日期  |  Select dates for your booking 

​​

8. 为您的预订添加额外服务  |  Add extra services to your booking 

​

• VS 会员将获得额外的福利，具体取决于您的会员级别

       VS members will receive additional perks dependent on your membership level

​

9. 取车选项  |  Pick up options

​​

• 汽车交付选项：车主或 VSdrive 工作人员将支付额外费用将车辆运送到您选择的地点。 选择送车地点和送车时间。

       Car delivery option: Owner or VSdrive staff will deliver the vehicle to your chosen location for an additional fee. Select            delivery location and delivery time.

​

• 取车选项：承租人必须从指定的停车地点取车。 选择提车时间。

       Pick up option: Renter must pick up vehicle from specified parking location. Select delivery time.

10. 还车选项  |  Return options

​​

• 还车选项：承租人将在选定的地点和时间将车辆归还给车主或 VSdrive 员工，但需支付额外费用。 选择返程地点和时间。

       Car Return Pick Up option: Renters will return the vehicle to the owner or VSdrive employee at a chosen location and            time for an additional fee. Select return location and time.

• 还车选项：承租人将车辆返还至指定停车位。 选择返程时间。

​       Return option: Renter will return the vehicle to the specified parking location. Select return time. 

​

11. 点击“预定”  |  Click “Book”

12. 输入付款方式  |  Enter payment method

13. 点击“结账”来确定预订信息  |  Click “Checkout” to confirm booking details 

​

• 租车人可提前24小时取消行程

       Renters can cancel trips 24 hours in advance 

​

​

自提车辆  |  Vehicle Pick Up 

​

 

租车人可以通过点击底部菜单上的“预订”来查看预订信息。 请确保为 VSdrive 开启通知选项。|  Renters can view booking information by clicking “Bookings” on the bottom menu. Please ensure notifications are turned on for VSdrive. 

​

​

如果您选择送车选项：|  If delivery option is selected: 

​​

• 送车前2小时预订将变为“准备送车”状态

       The booking will change to “Ready to deliver” status 2 hours before the delivery  

​

• 车主或 VSdrive 工作人员出发送车时，会发送预计到达时间的通知

       A notification is sent with the estimated time for arrival when the owner or VSdrive staff leave for delivery

 

• 车主或 VSdrive 工作人员到达交车地点时会发送另一条通知

       Another notification is sent when the owner or VSdrive staff has arrived at delivery location

​

• 与车主或 VSdrive 工作人员会面并领取钥匙和车辆

       Meet with the owner or VSdrive staff and receive the key and vehicle

​

• 点击 VSdrive 应用程序上的“我已经提车”选项

       Click on “I’ve picked up the car” on the VSdrive app 

​​

​

如果您选择自提车辆的选项：|  If Pick Up option is selected: 

​

• 自提车辆前2小时，预订将变为“车已准备好”状态

      The booking will change to “Ready to pick up” status 2 hours before the pick 

​

• 前往指定地点，从车主或 VSdrive 工作人员处领取车辆和钥匙

      Go to specified location and pick up vehicle and key from owner or VSdrive staff

​

• 点击 VSdrive 应用程序上的“我已经提车”选项

      Click on “I’ve picked up the car” on the VSdrive app 

​

车辆归还  |  Vehicle Return 

​

 

重要提示：请将车辆完好无损并加满油箱归还。 如果车辆状况不佳或损坏，将收取清洁费和其他费用。|  Important Note: Please return the vehicle in good condition and with a full tank of fuel. Cleaning fees and other fees will apply if the vehicle is in bad condition, or damaged.

如果归还时选择自取车辆：|  If Return Pick Up option is selected: 

​​

• 车主或VSdrive 工作人员离开时，会发送预计到达时间的通知

       A notification is sent with the estimated time for arrival when the owner or VSdrive staff leave for return pick up

​

• 当车主或 VSdrive 工作人员到达还车地点时，会发送另一条通知

       Another notification is sent when owner or VSdrive staff has arrived at the return location

​

• 与车主或 VSdrive 员工会面并归还车辆和钥匙

       Meet with owner or VSdrive employee and return vehicle and key

​

• 车主或VSdrive 工作人员将提供一个4 位数的代码。 在您的预订下，单击还车，然后输入 4 位代码以确认还车。

       Owner or VSdrive staff will provide a 4 digit code. Under your booking, click on return, then enter in the  4 digit code to        confirm return.

如果您选择归还选项：|  If Return option is selected: 

​

• 将车辆停在指定的停车位置

       Park the vehicle at the specified parking location 

​

• 与 车主或者VSdrive 工作人员会面并归还车辆和钥匙

       Meet with owner or VSdrive staff and return vehicle and key 

​

• 车主或VSdrive 工作人员将提供一个4 位数的代码。 在您的预订下，点击还车，然后输入 4 位代码以确认还车。

       Owner or VSdrive staff will provide a 4 digit code. Under your booking, click on return, then enter in the 4 digit code to          confirm return.
