Owners must have a verified account to post a new listing. To verify your account, you must upload your driver's license and wait 24-48 hours for verification from the VSdrive team. If you still have trouble listing your vehicle, please contact VSdrive.
2. 保险如何承担？| How does insurance work?

All vehicles listed on VSdrive are provided with $2 million third party liability insurance, but VSdrive does not provide optional collision and comprehensive coverage during the rental period. Owners who already have optional coverage can continue to use their insurance while renting through VSdrive. We require owners who do not have optional coverage to purchase optional coverage insurance with the maximum deductible not exceeding 1000 through ICBC. For more information, please contact ICBC.
3. 如果我想要自己用车要如何操作？| What if I want to use the vehicle myself?

Owners can select which days the vehicle is available for rental. If you change your mind about renting your vehicle, you may cancel bookings 24 hours in advance.
4. 如果我的车在租赁期内发生事故怎么解决？| What happens if my vehicle gets involved in an accident during the rental period?

ICBC will determine the crash responsibility of the accident. If the renter is at fault for the damages, the renter is responsible to pay for the deductible on your vehicle. If the other party is at fault, you will be entitled to settlement payments from the other party’s insurance policy.
5. 如果我的车在租赁期内发生事故，会如何影响我的保险？| If an accident occurs during the rental process, how will it affect my insurance?

The renter can choose to either pick up the vehicle or have the vehicle delivered. If the renter choses the delivery option, the owner will receive a delivery fee and is responsible to deliver the vehicle to a specified location. The owner is also responsible for cleaning their vehicle before each trip.

10. 我将如何收到付款？| How do I receive my payment?

After you upload your drivers’ license, you will need to go to the “Earnings” page to connect your payout account. Click on “Connect payment method” and follow the steps. After your payout account is connected, your account will be approved for listing vehicles.

VS Delivery and Return
Rent out your vehicle with ease, VS car specialists will pick up your vehicle and key from you and deliver it straight to the renter! After each trip, the VS car specialist will pick up the vehicle and key and deliver it right back to you.
VS Inspection
VS car specialists will perform and document inspections before and after each trip to alert owners of any unexpected problems. VS Manage members are also eligible for discounted services through our partnered body shops and mechanics.
VS Safety + Service
Premium tier vehicles (listed for over $100/day) will be equipped with an advanced tracking system and accident alert technology to monitor speeding and dangerous driving.

You must hold at least a class 7 (N) if you are licensed in British Columbia or G2 in Ontario. For any other region, your driver's license must allow you to drive alone without another experienced driver in the vehicle.

Insurance is included in the rental fee. However, if the renter is at fault for any accidents, the renter is responsible to pay the deductible up to $2000. The renter will also be liable for any damages that occur from abusive use.

Renter can choose the pick up or delivery option when placing their booking. An owner or VSdrive employee will provide the vehicle and key upon delivery of the vehicle. For more details, please refer to our booking guide.
7. 其他人可以驾驶我租的车吗？| Can other people drive the rental vehicle?

No. Only the renter (account holder) can drive the rental vehicle. If another person driving the vehicle gets into an accident, the renter is responsible for any costs that may occur.

The renter is liable for all fines, seizurem confiscation, or forfeiture. The renter is responsible for all fines, tolls, and tickets.
12. 清洁费用和服务费用如何计算？| How are cleaning fees and service fees calculated?

Renters should return the vehicle in a clean condition. If the vehicle is returned in a dirty condition, the renter is liable for any cleaning fees they incur.
13. 是否有任何车辆使用限制？| Are there any vehicle usage restrictions?

Smoking and drugs are not permitted in the rental vehicle. Renters who violate these restrictions will receive a $200 to $800 fine. Repeated offenders will be permanently banned from our platform.
