Listing Guide

1. 点击下部菜单栏里“我的列表”的选项  |  Click “My listings” on the bottom menu

3. 选择车辆品牌，型号，颜色以及年份  |  Select car make, car model, car colour, make year

4. 填写车牌号码  |  Fill out plate number

​​

• 你的车牌号码只会被用来内部审核。此信息不会被显示在公开列表中

       Your plate number is for internal review only. This information will not be shown on your public listing.

5. 为您的车辆选择合适的汽车特性、燃料、变速箱、车身类型和座椅  |  Select the appropriate car features, fuel, transmission, body type, and seats for your vehicle

6. 填写车辆的马力  |  Fill out plate number

​​

• 填写马力是可以选择的，推荐性能车辆填写

​       Horsepower is optional and recommended for performance vehicles

​​

​​

7. 填写每日里程限制额  |  Fill out daily mileage allowance

​​

• 每日里程限制额取决于车主自己的偏好。 超过每日里程限额的租车人将会根据每日租赁费用被收取超额里程费

       The daily mileage allowance is based on owner preference. Renters who exceed the daily mileage allowance will be charged an excess mileage rate based on the daily rental fee

​

9. 填写每日费用  |  Fill out charge per day

​​​

• 每日费用是为租车人列出的每日租金 

       The charge per day is the daily rental fee listed for renters

​

• VS drive 将收取25%的每日费用来支付其成本

       VS drive will take 25% of the charge per day to cover its cost 

​​

10. ​填写停车地点包括州/省，邮政编码，以及国家  |  Fill out parking location including state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country

​​

• 停车地点是承租人取车和还车的地方。 成功列出车辆后可以更改停车位置，但更改前的预订将会保留更改前的停车位置

​       The parking location is where the renter will pick up and return the vehicle to. The parking location can be changed              after the listing is uploaded, however, bookings made before the change will retain the old parking location.

​​

11. 选择停租日期  |  Select block days

​

• 停租日期是您不想出租您的车辆的日期

       Block days are days which you do not want to list your vehicle for

12. 点击“下一步”  |  Click "next"

13. 添加照片  |  Add photos

​​​

• 我们建议您为每一辆车添加至少1张内饰和2张外观的照片

       We recommend at least 1 interior and 2 exterior photos for each listing

• 照片应在白天或者光线充足的车库内拍摄

       Photos should be taken during the day or in a well lit garage

• 外观照片应包括完整车辆

       Exterior photos should include the entire vehicle

• 避免平视镜头。照片应在同一个角度拍摄。请参阅下面的例图

       Avoid eye level shots. Photos should be taken on an angle. Refer to the example image below

• 不要包含任何含有个人信息的照片

       Do not include any images that contain personal information

15. 完成上传车辆后，VSdrive 团队将会审核您的上传  |  After completing your listing, the listing will go under review by the VSdrive team

      Listing verifications usually takes 3 hours during a business day. Please note: it may take up to 1 business day.

16. 一旦获得批准，承租人可以立即预订您的车辆  |  Once approved, renters can book your vehicle right away

​

• 车主可提前24小时取消行程

       Owners can cancel the trip 24 hours in advance

​

如果租车人选择送达车辆的选项：|  If renter selects Deliver Option:

​

1. 租车人将在预订详情中输入车辆交付地点和时间。 可以使用外部地图应用程序查询到达交付地点需要多长时间  |  The renter will input the vehicle delivery location and time in the booking details. Check how long it will take for you to get there using an external map application.

​

​

• 要查看送达地点和时间，请单击底部菜单中的“我的列表”，然后单击“预订”选项。

       To check delivery location and time, click “My listings” on the bottom menu, then click on “Bookings” tab.

​

• 选择预约，点击“开始送车”，输入预计到达送达地点的时间

       Select booking and click “start delivery” to enter in estimated time of arrival to delivery location

2. 到达后请点击“我已到达”通知租车人  |  Once arrived, click “I’ve arrived” to notify the renter

​​

3. 进行提车前的车辆检查  |  Perform a pre-trip inspection

​

• 拍摄车辆，油表以及里程表

       Take photos of vehicle, fuel gauge, and odometer 

​

• 请注意：在租赁开始前，如果没有车辆状况的照片证据，将不会处理租赁期间发生的损坏。

       Please note: damages that occur during the trip will not be processed without photograph evidence of vehicle                        condition before the trip starts.

4. 会见租车人并且交付车钥匙  |  Meet renter and handover keys

5. 请租车人在VSdrive app上点击“我已经取车”  |  Ask renter to click on “I’ve picked up the car” on their VSdrive app

• 每日里程限制额取决于车主自己的偏好。 超过每日里程限额的租车人将会根据每日租赁费用被收取超额里程费

如果承租人选择自取车辆的选项：|  If renter selects Pick Up option:

​

1. 在指定时间去往停车地点​​  |  Go to parking location at specified time

​​

​​

2. 进行提车前的车辆检查  |   Perform a pre-trip inspection

​

• 拍摄车辆，油表以及里程表

       Take photos of vehicle, fuel gauge, and odometer 

​

• 请注意：在租赁开始前，如果没有车辆状况的照片证据，将不会处理租赁期间发生的损坏

       Please note: damages that occur during the trip will not be processed without photograph evidence of vehicle                        condition before the trip starts

3. 会见租车人并且交付车钥匙  |  Meet renter and handover keys

4. 请租车人在VSdrive app上点击“我已经取车”  |  Ask renter to click on “I’ve picked up the car” on their VSdrive app

车辆交还流程  |  Vehicle Return 

​

 

如果您是VSmanage会员，请不要担心，这一部分将会被VSdrive 团队接管。

If you applied for VSmanage, do not worry, this will be taken care of by the VSdrive team!

如果租车人选择自取还车选项：|  If renter selects Return Pick Up option: 

​

1. 租车人将在预订详情中输入还车地点和时间。 使用外部地图应用程序查询到达指定地点需要多长时间。|  The renter will input the vehicle return location and time in the booking details. Check how long it will take for you to get there using an external map application.

​​

• 要查看送达地点和时间，请单击底部菜单中的“我的列表”，然后单击“预订”选项。

       To check delivery location and time, click “My listings” on the bottom menu, then click on “Bookings” tab.

​

• 选择预订并点击“开始送车”，输入预计到达送达地点的时间

       Select booking and click “start delivery” to enter in estimated time of arrival to delivery location

​​

2. 到达后请点击“我已到达”通知租车人  |  Once arrived, click “I’ve arrived” to notify the renter

​​

​​

3. 进行行程后的车辆检查  |  Perform a post-trip inspection 

​

• 检查车辆在出租期间是否有任何损坏

       Check vehicle for any damages that may have occurred during the trip.

​

• 如果发现任何损坏，拍下照片并且不要提供4位数的返还代码。请立即联系VSdrive。

       If any damages were found, take pictures and do not provide the 4 digit return code. Contact VSdrive immediately.

​

4. 您将收到带有 4 位返还代码的通知，向租车人提供 4 位返还代码，并要求租车人将 4 位返还代码输入到他们的VSdrive 应用程序中。|  You will receive a notification with a 4 digit return code, provide the renter with the 4 digit return code and ask the renter to input the 4 digit return code into their VSdrive app.

如果租车人选择返还选项：|  If renter selects Return option: 

​

1. 在指定时间去往指定停车地点  |  Go to parking location at specified time

2. 到达后请点击“我已到达”通知租车人  |  Perform a pre-trip inspection

• 拍摄车辆，油表以及里程表​

3. 您将收到带有 4 位返还代码的通知，向租车人提供 4 位返回代码，并要求租车人将 4 位返还代码输入到他们的VSdrive app中。|  You will receive a notification with a 4 digit return code, provide the renter with the 4 digit return code and ask the renter to input the 4 digit return code into their VSdrive app.
